David Avner –CEO Mr. David Avner was appointed CEO of Partner Communications Company Ltd. in January 2007. Mr. Avner was appointed as Partner’s Deputy CEO on April 2005 and as of January 1st 2006 served also as the Company's COO. In the two years prior to joining Partner, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Member of the Executive Management at Amdocs Limited. Previously he served at Amdocs as Group President Europe and LATAM & Member of Management. Prior to that, Mr. Avner served at Strauss Dairy Ltd. for 17 years, the last four as General Manager of the Dairy Division. Mr. Avner was also the Plant Manager of Strauss Ice Creams Ltd., and Manager of Information Systems at Strauss Dairy Ltd. He also served as active Director of Yotvata Dairies Subsidiary since 1998. Mr. Avner holds a B.A. in Mathematics/Computer Sciences & Philosophy from Haifa University in Israel and an MBA degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Amalia Glaser Spokesperson and head of the public relations department. Mrs. Amalia Glaser joined the Company in April 2007 as Partner's spokesperson and head of the new public relations department. Prior to joining Partner, she served for ten years in a variety of management positions at the public relation agency Rahav Communication. In her last position, Mrs. Glaser was the joint CEO of the firm. Prior to that, Mrs. Glaser founded and directed the public relations and lobbying department of the environmental advocacy organization IUED (Israel Union Environmental Defense). She also used to teach courses on Israel's history, geography and environmental issues. Mrs. Glaser holds a B.A degree in philosophy from the Tel Aviv University Emanuel Avner Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Mr. Emanuel Avner joined the Company as Partner's new Chief Financial Officer on July 17, 2006. Mr. Avner served until then as VP Finance and CFO of Blue Square - Israel, a public company traded on the NYSE and the TASE, one of the leading supermarket chains in Israel. From 1999 to 2003 he was VP Finance in Ericsson Israel. From 1993 to 1999 he served as Corporate Controller and Deputy CFO of Super-Sol Ltd. Mr. Avner is Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) licensed in both Israel and the U.S.A. He holds an M.B.A. degree and a B.A. degree in economics and accounting from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Eli Glickman Deputy CEO & Vice President, Customers Division Eli Glickman joined Partner in March 2005 as Deputy VP Customer Service and was appointed Vice President of the Customer Division in April 2007. In January 2010 Mr. Glikman was appointed as Deputy CEO. Prior to joining Partner, he served as CEO of Exel Multi Purpose Logistics from 2003 to 2005 and was a Director of the Ha'atzmaout Bank from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Glickman also served in the Israeli Navy for 22 years, where he reached the rank of Colonel. During his military service Mr. Glickman held a wide variety of commanding posts including Naval Attaché in Washington D.C and Flotilla Commander ("Shayetet 13" - Navy Seals).Mr. Glickman holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from the US Naval Postgraduate School and also studied International Executive Business Administration at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Alon Berman Vice President, Internet & Broadband Alon Berman served as Vice President Technologies from October 2004 until December 31, 2008 and was appointed Vice President, Internet and Broadband effective January 1, 2009. Mr. Berman joined Partner as Deputy VP of Engineering in the Technologies division at the end of 2002, after serving 20 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, rising to the rank of Colonel and Head of Technical Department in the Communications Corps. Mr. Berman holds a bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (1982), a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering (1991) and an MBA (1994) from Tel Aviv University. Michal Dana Vice President, Human Resources Michal Dana was appointed VP Human Resources in May 2006. Since 2002 Ms Dana has served in several executive HR positions at Amdocs, most recently as VP Human Resources with responsibilities for Europe, South East Asia and Latin America. Prior to joining Amdocs, Ms Dana served as VP Human Resources at Bungee Communications, as a director of HR at Carmel Container Systems Ltd. and at the Caesarea Foundation. Ms Dana holds a BA in social studies. Roly Klinger Vice President Legal & Regulatory Affairs, Company Secretary Roly Klinger joined Partner in August 1998 as General Counsel and Joint Company Secretary and was appointed as V.P of Legal and Regulatory Affairs effective November 1st 2007.From 1993, she served as Legal Advisor and Corporate General Secretary of Keshet Broadcasting Ltd., which holds an operating franchise for Israel's first commercial television channel. Previously, while practicing in the private sector, she lectured on communications law at the College of Management - Academic Studies, Tel-Aviv. Ms. Klinger received an L.L.B degree from Tel Aviv University and is admitted to the Israel Bar. Erez Paz Vice President, Marketing and Content Mr. Erez Paz joined Partner in October 2007 and was appointed Vice President of Marketing and Content in January 2008. From June 2004 to September 2007 Mr. Paz served as VP Marketing of Visa Cal Israel. Prior to that, Mr. Paz held various managerial positions at Coca Cola Israel for 13 years. His last position at Coca Cola Israel was VP Marketing. Mr. Paz holds a BA in Managing and Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Bradford University. Gil Rosenfeld Vice President, Sales Division Gil Rosenfeld joined Partner in August 2006 and was appointed Vice President of the Business Division in April 2007. In February 2009, as part of an organizational reform, Mr. Rosenfeld was appointed Vice President of the Sales Division . From 1998 to 2006, Gil Rosenfeld worked for HP Israel and HP Europe where he held the positions of Country Managing Director, Personal Systems Sales Director, Personal Systems Group Country Manager and Country Sales Manager. From 1996 to 1998, he was the General Manager of Compaq Israel and previously held various managing positions at CMS (HP distributor in Israel). Mr. Rosenfeld holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an Honours Degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Witwatersand, South Africa. Chaim Beker Vice President, Operations Chaim Beker was appointed as Vice President Operations in January 2004. Since 1998 Mr. Beker served at Partner as Administration and Purchasing Manager and as Deputy Vice President Operations. In the years 1997 - 1984 Mr. Beker served as Vice President Administration of "ARKIA". He later served as the CEO of several companies including: "Europcar", "HaMashbir Agencies" and "Clal Israel". Mr. Beker holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University. Edith Shih Joint Company Co-Secretary Edith Shih has been the Joint Company Secretary of Partner since July, 1998. Ms. Shih has been a senior manager of Hutchison Whampoa Limited since 1991, its Head Group General Counsel since 1993 and its Company Secretary since 1998. She has been an executive director of Hutchison International Limited since 1997 and is director of various Hutchison group companies. She is also the Company Secretary of Hutchison Telecommunications Limited and the Joint Company Secretary of Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts degree from the University of the Philippines, a Master of Arts and a Master of Education degree from Columbia University, New York. She is qualified to practice law in Hong Kong, England and Wales and Victoria, Australia. Oded Degany Vice President, Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations Mr. Degany joined Partner in May 2007 and was appointed Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations in January 2008. From 2006 to 2007 Mr. Degany served as VP Business Development at ECI Telecom, overseeing ECI's M&A and Strategic Alliances activity. From 2000 to 2006 he served as Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A at Amdocs. From 1997 to 2000 he was Director of Business Development and Strategy at Clal (Israel) Ltd. Prior to that Mr. Degany was a Senior Business Analyst at National Consultants (N.C) - Leumi & Co. Investment Bankers Ltd.. Mr. Degany holds a B.A. degree in Physics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A degree from the Tel Aviv University. Yaacov (Kobi) Zakai Deputy Vice President, Head of Regulatory & Govermant Affairs Mr. Yaacov (Kobi) Zakai, Adv. & C.P.A (Isr.) joined the Company as Partner's Deputy Legal Advisor and Acting Legal Advisor in September 1998 and was appointed as Deputy Vice President, Director of Regulatory & Government Affairs in November 2007. Prior to joining Partner, he served as Deputy Legal Advisor and Acting Legal Advisor of Bezeq - the Israel Telecommunication Corp Limited. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Zakai served as an Advocate in the Legal Department of Clal (Israel) Ltd. In the years 1991-1992 Mr. Zakai served as a Legal consultant to law and accounting firms and published articles on a variety of legal topics. Previously to his legal career, Mr. Zakai served as an Accountant in an accounting firm in Tel Aviv, and was an assistant instructor in courses of Accounting and Economics at the University of Tel Aviv. Mr. Zakai received an L.L.B degree from Tel Aviv University and has been admitted to the Israeli Bar since 1990. In addition, Mr. Zakai has been a Certified Public Accountant(C.P.A.) since 1980 and holds a B.A Degree in Accounting as well as a B.A Degree in Economics from the Tel Aviv University Gadi Gilon Vice President ,CIO IT Division Mr. Gadi Gilon joined Partner in March 2006 and was appointed as Vice President CIO of the IT Division in January 2009. Since January 2008 Mr. Gilon served at Partner as Deputy VP, CIO. Between 2004 and 2006, Mr. Gilon served as CIO and SVP of "Keter Group". From 2000 to 2004, he served as CIO at "Clalit" health services; and served as a lecturer at "Emek Izrael College". Mr. Gilon was also a Director and CIO at "Soroka University Medical Center" from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Gilon holds a Bachelor Degree in Management, Economics and Human behavioral sciences from the Ben Gurion University – Beer Sheva, Israel. Avi Berger Vice President, Technologies Mr. Avi Berger joined the Company as Deputy VP Technologies on December 2007 and was appointed as VP Technologies on January 2009. Before joining Partner, Mr. Berger served as VP of Business Development in "Tadiran communications Ltd". Prior to that, Mr Berger served for 21 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, rising to the rank of Colonel and Head of the C4I department in the C4I branch. He serves as VP Technologies. Mr. Berger holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Tel Aviv University, and a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering (Communication & Telecommunication) from UCLA.
